Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our Refund Terms are simple: either you will pass the Postal Exam on your first attempt with flying colors, or we will refund you for your purchase.

First 30 Days

If you are not satisfied with our product(s) at any time within 30 days of purchase and meet one or more of the below refund criteria, we shall issue a full refund. Customer shall delete the product(s) from their computer and/or dispose of physical versions of the product. Customer is advised that all product purchased is uniquely identified by our servers. Failure to do so will be considered violation of intellectual property rights law.

After 30 Days

If you are not satisfied with our product(s) at any time after30 days of purchase and meet one or more of the below refund criteria, we shall issue a partial refund of full cost minus processing fees of 20%. Customer shall delete the product(s) from their computer and/or dispose of physical versions of the product. Customer is advised that all product purchased is uniquely identified by our servers. Failure to do so will be considered violation of intellectual property rights law.

Terms

Since PostalExamWeb.com is offering a non-tangible irrevocable good and the order is accomplished and product is already send immediately upon placement of order, the terms specified above are typically the only cases in which we will provide a refund. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • non-delivery of the product: due to incorrect entry of your own email address at checkout or some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, it is imperative that you contact us at support@usspostalexam.net to obtain your purchased item. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Upon receipt of the claim, our support staff will ensure you receive your product. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
  • download and/or opening issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its opening. Please note that our book requires Adobe Reader in order to be opened and read. If you do not have this software installed please go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department within 3 days from order placing date. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund decline;
  • failure to pass the postal exam on your first try: if, for some reason, you attempt and fail to pass the postal exam despite having read and studied our information, we shall refund you the full cost. You shall provide us with proof of failure in the form of official USPS documentation. Please send that documentation to support@uspostalexam.net
  • major defects: although all the book is has been thoroughly reviewed before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Support Staff’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on present or future lack of need for the product. All sales are considered final unless one of the above circumstances applies.
